Innaloo is located in the City of Stirling, 9 kilometres north west of Perth.

The area has a resident population of about 6500, and covers 3 square kilometres. Initial development of the area commenced during the early part of the 20th century.

Karrinyup Road forms the boundary to the north, Huntris Road to the west, Scarborough Beach Road to the south and Mitchell Freeway and Stephenson Avenue to the east. Most of the area is residential, except for the shopping areas in the south-east and several small parks.

The huge Osborone Park industrial and commercial area is located immediately to the east, and the Indian Ocean is 3 kilometres to the west at Scarborough.
